Steps when a unit is available
- Availability is announced. Details are posted on the Rentals page and may also be advertised through third-party rental services.
- Questions and showings. Interested applicants may contact us with questions or to request a showing, when offered.
- Application submission. Application instructions and required materials are provided for the specific unit.
- Review and decision. Applications are reviewed consistently and in alignment with fair housing requirements.
- Next steps. If approved, we coordinate lease signing and move-in details.
